This website

This site is a set of static pages. It does not use accounts, contact forms, or tracking/advertising scripts. Downloading the installer requires no sign-up or personal information.

The application

SFP-Batch Printer runs entirely on your PC. It never uploads, reads, or transmits the files you print.

License activation

If you activate a commercial license, the application sends the license key, an anonymous machine identifier (a one-way hash, not tied to your name), the application name, and its version to our license server at licenses.sfpsoftware.com, so we can count how many PCs are using a key and support revoking refunded or leaked keys. Re-checks happen at most once every 7 days, and the application keeps working from its last known state if the server cannot be reached. No document content, filenames, or usage statistics are ever sent.

Purchases

If you buy a commercial license, the name and email you provide are stored so we can issue, support, and - if ever necessary - revoke your license. Card payments, when available, are processed by our payment provider directly; we do not see or store your card details.

Hosting and fonts

The hosting service may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network requests and IP addresses. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves a connection from your browser to that service.
